Obituary of Johanna Giaquinto
Johanna Giaquinto, 98, of Hamilton, passed away on May 14, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Trenton, she has been a lifelong area resident. She was a lifetime member of St. Mark Lutheran Church. She loved to crochet and was a member of the crochet group at St. Mark Lutheran Church. She enjoyed going to Atlantic City with her late husband, taking bus trips, getting her hair done, and going out to dinner. Most of all, she cherished the time spent with her grandchildren.
Wife of the late Joseph L. Giaquinto, and mother of the late Joseph Giaquinto, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Robert H. Sr. and Linda Giaquinto of Hamilton, her grandchildren Robert H. Giaquinto, Jr. (Angela Barnabie) of Hamilton, and Christopher Giaquinto (Abigail Fellnor) of Hamilton.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 11:00am at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home 2946 South Broad Street Hamilton, NJ 08610. A calling hour will be held from 10:00am to 11:00am at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery 1200 Cedar Lane Hamilton, NJ 08610. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to either the Mercer County Meals on Wheels (www.mealsonwheelsmercer.org) or the AccentCare Hospice (www.accentcare.com).
