Obituary of Joseph C. Carlisi

Joseph C. Carlisi, 91, of Barefoot Bay, FL, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. Joseph was born on December 19, 1930 in Trenton to his parents Charles and Clara (Tirone) Carlisi. He was the husband of the late Margaret (Mihalic) Carlisi, brother of the late Theresa Riehl, Richard Carlisi, Rose Panfili, Laura Suntato, Angelo Carlisi, and Josephine Booz. He is survived by his daughter Linda Carlisi of Columbus, his sons Joseph M. Carlisi and his wife Tracy of East Windsor, Paul Carlisi of Ewing, his grandsons Matthew Scranton, Kevin, Kyle, and Joseph Carlisi, and Ryan Carlisi. His Companion of 20 years Marlene Buckalew, sisters-in-law Ann Mihalic and Margaret Mihalick, and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Joseph was a proud Army Veteran, having served in the Korean War. He was employed by CV Hill Refrigeration in Trenton for 46 years before retiring in 1995. He enjoyed bowling, horse racing, and playing Canasta. Funeral services were held privately for the family. Interment took place in Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery, Cedar Lane, Hamilton.
