Dear Eva, dear Martini family:
we are very saddened to learn about Adams passing. We have fond memories of the welcoming hospitality of the Martini house and of the fascinating stories from Adams life. Adam was an artist whose creations will last and bring joy to those who are lucky enough to call one of them their own. The two beautiful living room tables that we took with us to our new home in Germany will always remind us of the great man who crafted them.
Our sincerest condolences.
Sibel & Christian.

Dear Eva, Hans, and all the Martini Family members.
We want to express our condolences and deepest sympathy to you for Adam’s death. We also want to express our gratitude for all the contributions Adam made to us as a dear friend, as a creative woodworker, and as a deep thinker. Our frequent visits to your house to discuss a new project would always end up with a discussion time around your dining room table with Eva and Adam. We loved listening to his stories dating back to the 1940s and the ideas he had about life and politics in general. We will always remember him with fond memories.
He was not just an ordinary good man, a loving husband, a caring father, and grandfather. He was a talented and a creative woodworker. George Nakashima was very fortunate to have someone like Adam for more than four decades. We were also very fortunate to benefit from Nakashima’s legacy through Adam’s creative art pieces. Adam’s creations now surround us in every location of our house. Adam’s work and memories will continue to enrich us as his creations transfer to the younger generations through the years.
We have lost Adam Martini in physical life but not in spirit.
Fondly,
Isabelle, Ilhan, and the family

My deepest sympathy to the entire Martini Family. I'll always cherish my relationship with Adam Martini (my German Dad) and the times we've spent together talking, laughing, debating, reminiscing, sharing stock tips, and comforting one another during the trying and difficult times we've faced in life. A great man whom I have learned from, a man with different views, a man that introduced me to so many interesting things, a man I have come to know and quite fond of over our 34 years of friendship. I will miss you my good friend. You will be in my heart forever and I'll never forget you. God Speed Adam! Your friend, Tom Rubino

We will always remember Adam as a friendly person with a great smile and had a way of making everyone feel welcome. He always greeted us with a warm hug and friendly conversation. We loved talking about our Donauschwaben heritage. He was a
wonderful Father and Grandfather. Loved by everyone! He will be greatly missed.
