Obituary of Barbara Heidenhofer

Barbara Heidenhofer 85 passed away April 20, 2019. Barbara was born in Ciko, Hungary and came to the United States in 1955. She has been an area resident of the Whitehorse section of Hamilton most of her life, and also of Philadelphia. She is retired from Mercer Medical Center, she was formerly employed at Erzak's Bakery in Trenton and the Austrian Village Restaurant in Philadelphia. a former member of the German American Society. She loved baking, sewing, dancing and gardening. Daughter of the late Peter & Susanne (Tilmann) Stumpf. Sister of the late Anna Sommer. Surviving are her son, Erwin M. Heidenhofer and Karen Gault of Yardville. Daughter, Monika Heidenhofer and Joseph D. Ricci of Brick, NJ. 4 grandchildren, Krista Heidenhofer, Erika Waryasz, Amy Lynn DiLorenzo and Allison Marie Sokoloski. 2 brothers and a sister in law, Adam & Hannelore Stumpf of Hamilton. Rudolph Stumpf of Lambertville. Many nieces and nephews in Germany and local. The funeral will be 9:30am Friday from Knott's Colonial Funeral Home, 2946 South Broad St. Hamilton. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00am at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 555 Yardville Allentown Road, Yardville. Interment will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call 6:00 - 8:00pm Thursday at the funeral home.
