Patrick Yacobacci 80 of Hamilton passed away May 24, 2017.
Mr. Yacobacci retired after 36 years at Hill Refrigeration at various positions, including truck driver, pipe fiter and line assembler.
Son of the late Mercurio and Maria Yacobacci,
Surviving are his wife Janice Alphonse Yacobacci.
Son Anthony Yacobacci of Jim Thorpe, PA.
Three grandchildren Justin, Jocelyn and Alicia.
Three great grandchildren Christopher, Thomas Jr., and Hailey.
Sister in law Kathleen Yacobacci. Many brothers in law and sisters in law and nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00am Saturday June 10, 2017 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 137 W. Upper Ferry Road, West Trenton, NJ 08629
Interment will be private for the family. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society,
Arrangements are by Knott's Colonial Funeral Home. Hamilton
