Berkey and his wife Hazel and father Berkey Sr built the berkeyheiser Residence at 1950 kinter Avenue then white horse New Jersey. This photo shows the three of them starting with the basement walls and Foundation. Dad bought the entire length of kinter Avenue, subdivided and sold off single acre lots entire length of the street to pay for building his house. There's also photos of Hazel his wife his son Michael and Jeffrey. Jim's mother and father James Edward and Mary Ann Berkeheiser . Photo of dad sitting at his desk upstairs in his study and in the Navy in Florida my dad made chief petty officer. There's also a photo of from left to right Hazel, Ed Rumbo, Peggy Grace, my dad Jim, and the Beautiful,!
Edie Rumbo !! My mother and father had wonderful picnics and parties with their friends Helen Dolce and wife Joe Dolce, Ed Rambo and Edie Rumbo, Ed and Mary Hearts. My brother Mike and his beautiful wife Julie very close with my mother and father over the years they spent time camping and picnicking. My father worked very hard at maintaining the White Horse Volunteer Fire Company as it was intended a self-sustaining major body of friendship volunteers.
